All goods are shipped with PostNord, Deutsche Post and DPD.

We offer the following delivery methods:

  • Deutsche Post - large letter (EUR 2.99)
  • DPD - Parcel without delivery (EUR 9.99) - The parcel will be delivered to a nearby post office or a nearby parcel box.
  • DPD - Business package (EUR 9.99) - The package will be delivered to your workplace.
  • DPD - Parcel with delivery (EUR 12.99) - The parcel will be delivered to the specified private address.

Your goods will under normal circumstances be dispatched on the business day - or the next business day - on which we have received your order and you have received an order confirmation.

In connection with peak loads, such as Father's Day, Black Friday and Christmas, the delivery time can be delayed by a few working days.

Normally, parcels is delivered by PostNord, Deutsche Post and DPD within 2-4 working days after the goods have been dispatched from our workshop.

With a minimum purchase of EUR 65, delivery is free of charge.

Always make sure your email and shipping address are correct before approving the order.

On special occasions (Christmas, Mother's Day and Father's Day) we will let you know when we need to receive your order at the latest so that the goods arrive on time.
If we specify a deadline, we are committed to the delivery times specified by PostNord, Deutsche Post and DPD.
Of course, we cannot guarantee that PostNord, Deutsche Post and DPD will meet their delivery times, but we guarantee that we will dispatch your order in good time so that it arrives on time - provided that PostNord, Deutsche Post and DPD meet their delivery times.

Return and exchange of products

If you want to make a retur, it is important that you read the text on this page before you simply send the package back.

This is how you return your goods

If you would like to return a product purchased from byRavn, please send the product to our address:

Before you return the goods, we ask you to send an email to byravn@byravn.com stating that you want to return the goods.

Please put a copy of the printed email in the package. It is important that this slip includes your name and order number, otherwise we will not be able to find the order in our system. If you don't have a printer, you can enclose a handwritten note on which you state your full name and the order number.

If you are returning the goods, it is important that you ensure that the goods are packaged reasonably . Air cushion envelopes, envelopes and the like are not sufficient, since the goods will most likely be damaged during transport to us. If a product that has been returned is damaged, it is not possible to transfer your payment back to you. We therefore recommend returning the goods in the original packaging or equivalent packaging.

If we have received the goods in good condition, the payment will be transferred back to you.

Return of interior products

If you wish to exchange your goods, it is important to note that all made-to-order goods are non -returnable. This means that, among other things, custom-made handles, leather straps for clothes rails or other custom-made products cannot be returned. If you want custom-made handles for your kitchen and you have doubts about whether the handles should be made of leather, we recommend that you order and test a handle so that you don't end up with 25 handles that cannot be returned.

Interior products such as leather straps or handles can be returned if they do not show any clear signs of wear. This means that if straps and handles were installed with the appropriate screws and pressure points can be seen in the leather, the payment for these products cannot be returned to you.

Example: handle with clear signs of wear from assembly, which can therefore not be returned.

We understand that you may want to see the handles on the drawer or cabinet door to get an idea of ​​how the piece of furniture looks, but it's important that you proceed very carefully when installing the handles. We recommend that you mount the handles with great care without tightening the screws as this will damage the handles and result in the goods being non-returnable.

Return of key chains and accessories

Key fobs and accessories can only be returned if they do not have a personal imprint. This means that keychains, belts, bracelets, bags and the like cannot be returned if you have ordered them with a personal text.

Extended right of return

At byRavn we have extended the return policy. That means you have the option to return your product up to 30 days after receipt of the goods.

Exchange of goods

If you would like to exchange one of our products and it is a product that is covered by the right of return (see conditions above), please send an email to byravn@byravn.com with your full name and the order number and the message that you want to exchange your goods.

Please also include the following in the email:

  • Do you want to exchange the entire order or only part of the order?
  • What do you want to exchange the goods for?

For example, if you would like to exchange our grips for a different size or color, please let us know in the e-mail. Perhaps you received an unembossed keychain and would like a custom embossed keychain instead. Regardless of whether you want to exchange leather handles, products without a personal imprint or other products from our web shop, this can be done by e-mail by arrangement. You send the goods to us and after we have received the package, we will exchange the goods and you will receive the product you want instead.

 

You decide how the goods are sent back to us - provided the goods are packaged reasonably - in the original packaging. Bubble envelopes will not be accepted as return packaging as there is a high likelihood of damage to the goods within these envelopes. Send the package directly to our address:

We will contact you as soon as we have received your package and at the same time send you a link with which you can order a new delivery of the package. A possible price difference will also appear from this link, for example if you want to exchange grips for a larger size or if you want a product with a personal imprint. If the new goods are cheaper than the ones to be exchanged, we will transfer the remaining amount minus the shipping costs.
