When we emboss text on the TX10-keyring there is space for about 10 characters. The characters take up different amount of space, and an "M" take up more space than an "I". When you choose your text, some of the letters/characters might no longer be possible to choose. It's because there isn't enough space for the characters on the keyring. Either try with a shorter text, or consider our large keyring (TX20) or our lanyard (TX30), that has space for 20 or 30 characters on each side, respectively.
